We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join Bhawan Bhoomi, India’s trusted property portal. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth. You will act as the key point of contact for property owners, builders, agents, and service providers, helping them leverage our platform to maximize visibility and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, agents, and service providers.

  • Understand client needs and offer suitable listing packages or premium services.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely onboarding and support for clients.

  • Provide feedback and market insights to improve service offerings.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
